Well written and on something that plagues us all! To add to the be a doer and not a thinker is to conscious;y be in the Here and Now mode. We've heard about it and we feel it is for idealists but it is possible to get to it in our day to day life with (as you rightly mentioned) awareness. Every time my thought turns to the negative and I begin to despair, i stop myself and bring myself to the NOW. Is all okay at this instant? It is such a stress buster, this exercise. i am yet to make it a part of my daily life but i use it when the stress levels increase. Once again, great read.
