I've been researching on this subject for a while and just when I thought I knew most of it, you bring up Limerence and my head is reeling with how much I don't know! Yet, as you rightly said, it is an immense opportunity for personal growth and begins with inner child healing on which I have written a blog with the promise of writing another on twin flames but I guess that will have to wait for now.
