It takes courage to tell the truth and expose your vulnerable side but the good news is that once it is done, we are liberated. I have done the same- deleted social media with the exception of whatsapp. This is probably suicidal for my blog…so be it. It is more important to be true to ourselves and just be than hold up a fake persona just because that is what the world wants from us. Proud of you and all those voices that are resilient enough to rise above their battles and help others like them. More strength to you :)
