Enjoyed the read thoroughly. Made perfect sense while letting me keep my smile on! The one and three categories are raised due to ancestral patterns, I believe especially the first. Modesty leading to lack of self worth and without realising codependent patterns! This is new learning for me too! All the while I thought it was altruism and I have been made to reconsider whether it was that or codependent behavior which led me to write a blog on the same!
